What is Soho House?

Soho House is a member’s club and hotel located in the historic Allis Building in Chicago’s West Loop. Originally used as a supplier for raw animal hides, the building is an excellent example of the industrial loft design that embodies West Loop. Included in Soho House today is a drawing room, a club bar, restaurants, a music room, spa, gym, screening room, art collection and rooftop.

Why is it on the ParadigmNEXT radar?

Founded in London, Soho House targets those in the media, film and creative fields. It is one of the only clubs in the world that is specifically designed and developed for a specific community, particularly the creative community. For ParadigmNEXT, it’s our secondary office space and a home away from home. The Managing Partners of ParadigmNEXT often hold meetings at the space, as the drawing room offers an exceptional quiet, open and collaborative venue for one-to-one sessions or group meetings.
