Currently, the construction industry is witnessing an unprecedented increase in the number of women employed in various vocational sectors. Over the years, women have made significant contributions in fields such as real estate sales, finance, marketing, mortgage banking, architecture, landscape architecture, manufacturer and vendor sales, and interior design, among others. These areas have experienced a high level of female participation and success.
In recent times, the gender barriers that previously existed have gradually been eliminated, particularly in a labor-deficit business marketplace across the nation. Women are now filling skilled labor jobs, reminiscent of the trend observed during WWII.
