What is 1871?

1871 is known as “an entrepreneurial hub for digital startups.” Even though the name 1871 is associated with the year of the Great Chicago Fire, it is more symbolic of what happened after the fire, when a group of innovative builders, engineers and inventors came together to build a new and modern city. 1871 represents the continuation of this mindset, in a space where people can collaborate and work together to create new and modern services and products.
